the staff was well-meaning, i guess, but apparently, their customer service consists of handing you a code for the door sticker? ! i also had to wait outside, surrounded by drunk people, just to get in. i expected at least a complimentary drink for all the trouble, but no, just more inconveniences. you’ve gotta be kidding me!

Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The staff was incredibly helpful, and the reception area was cheerful. The location was excellent, with a clean room and decent amenities like a good-sized bathroom.
The elevator was quirky and could break down, and noise from the street disrupts tranquility during the night.

The room was really nice, clean, and comfy. I loved the light blue and white decor. Also, the old-fashioned elevator added a unique touch to the experience. Just a heads-up, it could get a bit noisy if your room faces the street. But for the price, it felt like a solid find!
